Details

Our guest chef and author will be Loria Stern, the owner of the Original Edible Flower Bakery and author of Eat Your Flowers cookbook. Loria has been featured in Vogue Magazine, Harper's Bazaar, Oprah and more. From delicate flowers to intricate herbs, attendees will learn various techniques to bring these enchanting designs to life as well as take home a signed copy of her cookbook.

Loria will artfully guide us how to take an ordinary cheese platter and adorn it with beautiful, edible botanicals. Next, she will stir your creative juices and concoct a tantalizing cocktail or mocktail to delight your palate.  From there, Loria will guide guests through the process of decorating delicious hand-pressed flower shortbread cookies with colorful edible botanicals. We will serve you her sought after fresh salads and floral inspired focaccia bread for lunch. Bring your stunning cookie creations home to share with your May Day lovelies.

This delectable hands-on and memorable experience is $200 per guest.  Proceeds of this event will be donated to the Garden Club of Santa Barbara. To secure your spot, please sign-up on our website.

Loria will offer some of her edible botanical products for sale at the event as well.
